ASI Handheld Management Monitors
The ASI Handheld allows you to quickly access information that will help you manage your business. A number of data monitors track key business parameters in real time. These include Session, Employee and Table monitors. Tabs at the top of the screen allow you to quickly change from one monitor to the next. Touching the column header sorts the information in ascending/descending order. Touching the row description drills down, displaying additional information for the record selected.

Alerts Monitor
The Alerts monitor is probably the most productivity enhancing feature of the ASI Handheld system. By simply glancing at the screen you will immediately know of any situation that deviates from the "normal" course of operations. You can program the system to alert you when employees are nearing overtime conditions, when an excessive number of voided items exist on a check, when a table has been active for too long (time to encourage them to leave ;-)), etc. The example below shows an alert generated by a table that has been active for 99 minutes, but whose check is not yet printed.

Session Monitor
The Session Monitor provides up-to-the-minute macro information for the business, such us total sales, percentage labor cost, average check amount, average spend per customer, etc. The hourly monitor breaks down the session information into hour increments.

Audit Monitor
This powerful monitor captures all the enabled non-standard operations, such as discounts, price adjustments, and settlements to void. With one touch you can drill down and obtain more detailed information on the audit item of interest. Other monitors provided in the ASI Handheld System include, discounts, deletions and tabs.

Order Monitoring
With a couple of touches you can spot check any order, and make any necessary adjustments, such as item discounts, add/delete/comp items, price adjustments, etc. And in a crunch, you can use the ASI Handheld to print and settle checks, or even take orders!
